    App-level controls would be a huge step forward. Too many alerts from parts of RingCentral I don’t use.

    This HUD alert is confusing. I’ve answered parked calls thinking they were mine. We need better options.

    Desk phones don’t need to notify everyone for every parked call. It creates a lot of unnecessary interruptions.

    Half the time I don’t know what the call is or why I’m seeing it. We should be able to opt out of Park Location alerts.

    The constant notifications of when a call is parked is very distracting. I feel the notification should only go off for the person that the call is for.

    The notification for Parked calls is very disruptive. When I see that a call is parked, I tend to stop what I am doing and wait for a message to come to myself or one of the ring groups I am affiliated with. It would be nice if we didn't get a notification unless the call was for us.

    The popup notifications are overwhelming. They often interrupt what I’m doing for no good reason. This feature would definitely be an improvement.
