    It shouldn't matter which device we answer the phone on, if AI transcription is enabled, it should occur if we answer on a desk phone using SIP registration and be available/emailed as normal. Desk phones provide a way to have a private conversation without having to have everyone hear your conversation using your computer microphone and speakers.

    When calling internally, there should be a way to bypass the welcome greeting all together.
