Disable greeting for internal calls
There should be an option for users who have call greetings to not have them play on internal calls. Meaning it would just be for any external call to their DDI

It is so important that our clients are quickly transferred to the other extension after already speaking to a representative. They do not need to list to the call greeting again!
Thank you, - to be clear, any internal transfer of a call, that caller does not have to listen to the call greeting, it immediately rings the target extension. -

Agree. There needs to be a separation between internal calls and external calls (IE to their DID). Internal calls and internal transfer calls do not typically require a message to advise their call is being recorded.

Internal calls should not have greeting as internal transfer are critical to maintaining heavy call volume, internal greetings delay this process.
