    This makes no sense. You can give them permissions to all sites, but then they're limited by being a manager of a call queue? If we remove them from the Manager assignment then they don't have access to the Call Queue Management page to check voicemails or call logs, or run reports. This sounds like it is broken, not a feature request. Just like the Dial by Name Directory by site feature was relegated to a 'feature request' until it was fixed in a build note.

    Due to RingCentral's stance of "We support the Mitel phones" and the sales pitches of their system being the successor to Mitel MiVoice premise systems, this is disappointing. When you enable Deskphone Pairing on computers that do not have speakers, only to find this base feature ignores that, it's frustrating. This is a basic feature in all premise based systems, which I believe is your target audience.

    I didn't realize this wasn't the case until recently. This is a basic PBX function. It really shows the detachment between RingCX and RingEX.

    We're hitting the same issue. We're moving from a premise based Mitel and not having this on is very hindering. Having all 3000 users manually do it themselves is tough.

    Specifically being able to remove the RingCX button would be great. Adding in more granular control of the buttons available at a template level in Admin portal would be even better. For example, removing Message if a site uses Teams or removing Video for users who are operating in Citrix environments.

    This is huge for customers with multiple sites that are interconnected. With this broken the way it is, it seems to be either all sites or only the single site that works. If you want to be able to search multiple sites' user list in one site you can only make it work with all sites listed.

    Being able to import users with a phone already assigned is critical in converting PBXes over. We're currently converting 15 Mitel premise-based locations over to RingCentral. When I import, I assign their current phone's MAC or the RingCentral app. Having these emails go out for every single user is an issue, especially for sites who don't know what RingCentral is yet. We have had hundreds of users already flag these emails as Spam and now they won't receive email or fax notifications. Being able to set this checkbox as disabled in the User Template I apply to theses users would be huge. Having it disabled when a user is first imported is even better. Being able to set this as disabled by default in our systems would be the best solution.
