I was lied to by the salesman who sold me the Ring Central service. He said that Ring Central would ABSOLUTELY integrate with GHL Autopilot. After several months of back and forth with tech support, I was directed to call GHL and have THEM initiate the ticket to work on integration with Ring Central developers. I cannot find a work around the integration and I am to the point where i will terminate my contract with Ring Central for blatantly lying to me just to get a sale. I LOVE Ring Central and the app, however, I have no further use with Ring Central if an integration is NOT made between GHL and Ring Central. Can you PLEASE MAKE THIS INTEGRATION HAPPEN??

Thank you for this feedback!
As a workaround while this is being reviewed, instead of asking customers to respond with the word Cancel, you could ask to respond with 1 to Accept and 2 to Cancel.

I am a GHL user as well and was LIED TO by sales at Ring Central who told me RC 100% integrates with GHL only to find out it does not. If This integration does not come, I will cancel service, request a refund (as i have the emails and texts from RC stating that it is integrated, and will file a formal complaint for misrepresentation.
