    This is important for unplanned meetings, etc. The alternative is going into the Admin Portal to manually schedule forwarding all calls to VM, but a more simplistic hands-off approach would be excellent.

    This is important for customers who request their data be deleted. We can delete recordings but not AI notes. We also need to specify a retention period to align with our policies.
