    We need this asap, it is taking to long to warm transfer our clients to our accountants. The accountant receives our recording and then we talk, then I transfer client and they get now a recording from client. We usually do warm transfer as the accountant wants to talk between the call sometimes. Please help and do this asap. For both phone and app users.

    This is really time consuming to delete each post so deleting as whole would be great. I don't want to hide conversation because I don't need it. Same with our staff (I am an admin).
