  1. Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

  2. The RingCentral Phone app provides the ability to upload a custom fax cover page, which we use to include our company logo along with some instructions and a disclaimer. Please consider adding this feature to the new RingCentral app.

  3. We can create rules regarding Distribution Lists for Exchange that requires approval before mass emails are sent, I would like to have this same feature applied to Glip as our company has a team account that includes all users.

  4. Add a search box in the filter by site dropdown when viewing the user list. This is included in the department field, why not the site list?We have multi-site enabled and have over 150 sites created. It sometimes takes forever to find the site needed to filter by.

  5. Allow users to record snippets of calls. If we turn on that ALL calls are recorded, it removes ability for agent to record snippets.

  6. A long list of tasks (complete and incomplete) in the sidebar of a team is not very helpful when there are dozens of tasks. It should be possible to filter them here (complete, section, person, due date) as well as in a summary task management window.

  7. Voyager 5200 UC - features such as auto answer with pickup from desk aren't available with Ring Central desktop app [they are with Ring Central Phone desktop app]. Would be great to have this as I understand RC Phone is going away. And the RC desktop app integrates with Salesforce which many people need.

  8. When a user logs into a Polycom LE+Hotdesk phone and has unread voicemail, the message light does not come on. It only comes on if a message is received while they are logged in. Users do not know from the Polycom phone if they have unread messages left while they weren't logged in.

  9. I implemented a system for a customer that would like to be able to hear his phones ring over a CyberData Paging Amplifier and speaker system. Currently, this is not a feature of the RingCentral system.

  13. It would be really cool to have a sort of asynchronous meeting where we users could respond to each other in a Glip conversation with short video messages. These could be called fragments or the alike.Maybe a little button 'reply with video' that would pop a window to record your message and then you can hit 'done' to review and send or review and re-record or cancel.

  14. When the queue has no active members, it should be skipped, rather than the system polling and confirming that the queue is empty and forcing callers to wait while the system performs that check.

  15. Would like speed dials to be added to the phone to Park a call (P1, P2, P3 and P4). If someone calls in, I would like to press one of the speed dials and put the person on hold and then I can call upstairs or downstairs to the person they want to talk to and tell them that on P1 is so and so for them. They can go to there phone or any phone and press P1 button to talk to them

  16. It would be great to be able to import a Calendar from an account that isn't Google or Microsoft. Importing an *.ics calendar file would allow us to better utilize the calendar presence feature. Similarly, it would be great to be able to schedule meetings to this calendar as well so that it better integrates with our internal GroupWise environment.

  18. Business impacting high and critical severity SBC/gateway alarms should be integrated with RC portal to take proactive action and to minimise the outage.From customer stand point, alarm integration would also help to segregate the issue on timely manner.
