Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

Phasing phone application work around
Ideas:One Glip app with both the individual intraoffice extention and the shared extension. My concern is that using the same Glip app for both the shared ext and individual ext would be ineffecting and very inconvenient). Secretaries are required to multitask, to be able to immediately reply to the doctor and the patient simultaneously. Separate applications allow us to do so. Also, when there is an issue/glitch in the Glip app, it affect our ability to communicate with our patients. Admins : Approve or Deny message being sent to mass notify teams on Glip
We can create rules regarding Distribution Lists for Exchange that requires approval before mass emails are sent, I would like to have this same feature applied to Glip as our company has a team account that includes all users.

Custom Greeting for Direct Numbrers
It would be great to be able to record a greeting for a Direct Number so you can then change what the caller hears based on the number you give them. Then you don't have to create different call queues and regardless of how many numbers you assign to the same group. It would all be about the number the caller is calling.

Allow RC users to make internal phone calls after business hours
We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

Silent air time after customer is told to hold the line
If the customer does not press zero, but holds the line as directed, there is 8 seconds of silence. We are noticing some hang ups during this because the customer thinks we have dropped the call.

Enable Admin to turn off ability for users to delete texts and messages
Prevents users from attempting to hide inappropriate content.

The capability to send an auto reply to a sender of a fax after hours, effectively giving confirmation that the fax was indeed received.
While there isn't any current turnkey solution for this, a user could have the fax notification go to a mailbox that has after hours email rules and the auto reply email could come from there.

Add Granular Read/Write/Delete Role Permissions
I would like the ability to give different IT admins granular read/write/delete role permissions. For example, I want someone to have the ability to view all phone numbers, but not the ability to delete it or to change it. I want to give someone the permission to view the Auto-Receptionist settings, but not change them. Or the ability to update call queue members but not to delete it.

Add a Search Box to Site Filter When Viewing User List
Add a search box in the filter by site dropdown when viewing the user list. This is included in the department field, why not the site list?We have multi-site enabled and have over 150 sites created. It sometimes takes forever to find the site needed to filter by.

Configuration Data Export or Report
It would be nice to have an option within the service portal for administrators to export, or at least generate a report, configuration data. As it stands today only the Users have an export option and it doesn't export everything. Data export for Users, Limited Extensions, and Phones would be very helpful when looking to see if everything is configured the way we want it and for inventory purposes.

Create a virtual room for podcast recordings
As a podcaster, one of the biggest challenges I and my co-host face is to get a consistent audio (and video) quality for our show recordings.Since RingCentral already has a robust technology like RC Rooms, I think you folks can replicate the technology to create a virtual room for podcast hosts and guests where the host has the master control to maintain the audio (and video) quality for all participants, like controlling their voluming, muting a participant's background noise, etc.

Customize Call Screening Prompt
We have been long-term customers of RingCentral, and it seems we recall that we were able to customize the "Call Screening Prompt" years ago, but the feature is no longer available. We have been able to customize almost all aspects of our callers' experience except this one. We'd like to suggest that RC make it possible to upload your own custom prompt, rather than having the system-generated voice. It would make for a seamless experience!

Ability to Delete Video Call Notifications on the RingCentral App
We would like the ability to delete the video notifications in the direct chats on the RingCentral app for data retention purposes. Currently, there is only the option to 'Like' or 'Bookmark' these notifications.
