Company Wide Call/SMS/Fax blocking
Please create a feature in the admin portal to block specific numbers from calling all company and user phone numbers, along with SMS/Fax. Currently having to do so user by user is extremely time consuming and put our company at risk when scammers are calling all of our employees hoping one will fall for the scam. These protocols need quickly added and operational.

Case - Automate Alerts Notifying RC Tech Support When Attachments Are Added
It is really annoying when I have to go in and add a comment "Adding Attachments" when I attach screenshots, logs, and other information. This is a great opportunity for an automated notification once an attachment is added so customers don't need to.

Provide a configuration of two lines option for Polycom Phones.
Currently Polycom phones that are not setup for Presence monitoring propagate the user's extension on all lines. This eliminates the speed dial capability using favorites keys. Since RingCentral only uses two lines, change the Polycom config for two lines or allow the option to set it to do so.

Make un-assigning a number less cumbersome
I've had several scenarios where I needed to un-assign a particular number from a user and return it to our pool of available numbers. Currently, in order to complete that process, I have to:Create a temporary extension. > move the number to that temporary extension. > then delete the temporary extension.The process takes about 7 clicks too many. It seems like there should be an "un-assign extension" option that I can click in my options menu.

SMS - Pasting Multiple Numbers In the SMS To Field
I can not believe in this day and age that you want us to enter each individual phone number to send a text. I am an insurance agent and I pull a list of cancels that have about 75 numbers and want to send a text message out weekly as a group and I can not do that and have it sent to each individual person that is just plain CRAZY!! I didn't realize and when I did send the text people were really pissed off that they were getting responses from all my other clients Please add this feature…

Please implement an option to automatically record calls without the need to manually tap the record button in the RingCentral application. This feature would enhance user convenience and ensure that important conversations are captured effortlessly.

it seems like it should be an option to move around, like the others. Especially with people switching locations with the pandemic going on

Ability to delete call recording without deleting entire call record
We made a business decision to no longer record all of our calls and to go back and delete all previous recordings. Without this feature, we are also going to lose all of the data/records associated with those calls.

Paging System Activate on After Hours call to grab Employees Attention
We have an Employee line that can be called by employees to inform Managers of their absence if they will not be in.This line rings a single phone that often goes unnoticed by our night shift due to loud machinery. We would like to be able to have our overhead paging system ring in addition to this phone during specific hours, to grab our employees attention at night.

Remove the intro/greeting and hold music when a caller calls a direct line
Right now, when soemone calls our main line or one of our direct lines, we are required to upload a 'greeting' or 'intro' before the line starts to ring. This is great for our main line, however, we think that there should be an option to remove it when people call our direct lines. Instead, we would prefer if the direct lines would just ring as a normal phone would before connecting with the person on our team. The reason being that when someone calls a direct line expecting to immediately get the person that they are trying to reach…
