Provide a configuration of two lines option for Polycom Phones.
Currently Polycom phones that are not setup for Presence monitoring propagate the user's extension on all lines. This eliminates the speed dial capability using favorites keys. Since RingCentral only uses two lines, change the Polycom config for two lines or allow the option to set it to do so.

I want to be able to connect multiple physical VOIP phones to the same user account on a single phone number.Currently, if I want two (or more) physical phones for the same user, I can have multiple physical phones connected to the same extension, but I have to buy an extra local phone number for each phone.However, I can be logged into RingCentral on my desktop app and my cellphone and pass calls between them. I don't need different local phone numbers for each of them...I would like VOIP phones to work the same way.

if it's possible to assign one user/phone number to two Polycom phones as it would be ideal for us to have a phone for the home and a phone for the office.

In this new hybrid setting, we have a receptionionist who needs to log in from one of 2 locations. She prefers the physical phone. We'd like her to be able to have full phone usages of the phones from either locations, but the current system only allows for Shared Line features of incoming and outgoing calls.
