The fax retention is vital at times when a fax isn't received by an insurance company and we have to show documentation that it was submitted timely. Insurance timely filing is up to 6 mos and at times we must go back to our sent faxes for proof of timely submission. Without that feature, our patients may end up being financially responsible for services they should not have to be or it creates an unnecessary provider write-off. 30 days is WAY to little.

please increase backup of sent faxes to at least 6 months. Then plz add an easy way to download fax message and attachments to our own storage location.

Kindly increase the backup of the faxes whch are being sent and received from more than 30 and that covers a good range of dates as it is really difficult to retrieve data which was sent months ago.

Have you considered RingCentral Archiver?

Currently you can only retrieve faxes that are 30 days old. Faxes as old as 1 year are available to view in your call long but you can't download the actual fax document that was sent. If you need to verify with someone what was sent, the confirmation email isn't going to be enough because it doesn't contain the documents that were sent. Being able to retrieve a fax document that was sent more than 30 days ago would be helpful.
