Option for the admin to view who disconnected the call
This process is available with RingCentral support.We currently have the option to check who if ended the call.It would be great if an Admin can have the same visibility, so they can easily identify if the call was disconnected from agent (their end) or customer ends.

I am investigating an incident that occurred on Friday 13th Sept between 1100 and 1200. Please can you send me the call recording please from Colette Dumbar OHA on Ring Central to ERN 3263945 MN on his mobile 07884490478
It will really help my investigation if you can advise who dropped the calls ie was it Colette on Ring Central or the colleague on each occasion.

Customer wants to have a feature in Admin Portal Call Logs to view who disconnected the call.

A report or a feature from Analytics or from the Portal that would show which party disconnected the call: was it the caller or the called party. This would help us in monitoring the calls.
