Show entire SMS history when creating a new SMS like it used to
On the RingCentral desktop app, you used to be able to see the full SMS history when you went to create a new SMS text. Now when you create a new SMS text message, you don't see the history. It was super helpful to have the history there any time you created a new SMS message. The new functionality is not great for awareness of the most recent text message.

Creating a separate folder for clients you need to get back to or follow up with
I have clients I need to follow up with and instead of keeping it as unread it would be nice to have a separate section I can put them in, to make sure I go in there and follow up with those clients.

For messages and texting when you highlight the message you want read it just says the person's name! Really annoying. Need text-to-speech option and then speech-to-text that's easier. This also needs to be compatible with Echo, CarPlay, etc. Need more features for the busy professional on the go please!

BeeTexting is for the company phone numbers text messages. RingCentral App SMS icon should be used for the direct phone numbers SMS. Just like what the customer has in the RingCentral desktop/web app.

RingCentral does not support embedding a playable video directly within a standard SMS. People want click on links. Pls add it as an option.
When I send a link with a video in it to someone who registers on our real estate website they will not open it. They are worried it is a virus (spam). When I text the consumer they think its AI. With the technology that RingCentral has today why cant they have the option to send video text with a embedded video showing there is a real human like you can through your personal cell phone ie Verizon Wireless? Sprint? T-Mobile?

Customer is not happy regarding our process in manually enabling the SMS feature of a newly added Canadian number for SMS. It would be best if the SMS feature would be enabled by default for Canadian numbers especially if it would be only use to send SMS inside Canada.

Push Call Recording Link and Transcript as Variables in Workflows
I need the ability to create Workflows where the RingCentral call recording link and the call transcript can be sent as variables to our application. This would enable smoother integration with our systems and allow us to automate processes using call data more efficiently.
Currently, this functionality is not available, and having it implemented would greatly enhance the flexibility and utility of RingCentral Workflows for developers and users.
