Improve SMS Shared Inbox Visibility Across Assigned Users
Request to enhance the SMS Shared Inbox feature to allow all assigned users to view full SMS conversation history, including messages sent and received by other team members within the same shared inbox.
Currently, users (e.g., Ext. 101 and Ext. 102) can only see their own sent messages and not the responses or messages sent by other assigned users, resulting in fragmented and one-sided conversation views.
This improvement would help prevent duplicate responses, improve team coordination, and provide a complete conversation history for all users assigned to the shared inbox.

Direct message scheduling
Different from your current schedule task feature.This benefits the sender. The functionality should mimic sms. Just the simple ability to schedule communications to individuals or set direct teams. The ability to include attachments is necessary. For an example on Monday at 0900 message delivers to recipients- such as " on call sign up". I may be in another meeting at that time. But if I can plan for that prior that improves communication and functionality of your tool.

Auto-text for unanswered phone calls
It's important to touch-base on unanswered phone calls with an automatic text message informing them of a callback or any helpful information if the person they are calling or the line itself is busy.

Automatic Replies in Texts
Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.

Autoreply Text Messages
Description: I wish to send an autoreply to external text messages incoming to a user's phone during non-office hours. (example "Our hours are M-TH 9-4, If you have an after hours urgency please reply with the word URGENT, and we will respond). Is there an app that will facilitate that? (I looked at the autoreply bot, but it seemed more for group messaging within the office, and also did not give instructions in how to install and use).Feel this would be useful for a multitude of users and would make RC much more valuable.

Enable SMS for UK numbers
Hi, It would be best if we can allow SMS to be enabled for UK numbers. This will help users to utilize their UK numbers in communicating to clients thru text messaging.

Would like to change/update the name of the group text message so we can easily send a text thread to the group without typing/adding their phone numbers again.

Allow API SMS/MMS sending from all account numbers
Currently, the SMS API only allows sending from extensions that are directly assigned to the logged in account. It would be EXTEREMLY useful to be able to either a) allow the main number account to send from any valid extension or b) create a way that extensions permissions could be assigned to multiple accounts.Use case: all our sales team use their ringcentral direct number as their primary method of phone/SMS interaction with all customers.
