Change the name of the group text message
Would like to change/update the name of the group text message so we can easily send a text thread to the group without typing/adding their phone numbers again.

The ability to (re-)name a group of recipients exists in RingEX:

How has this been in the works for years and still can't be done? Being able to rename group texts would be very helpful for identifying the purpose of each group.

It would be very useful to be able to label group text when conversing with people outside of RC. We work in logistics and being able to label each group chat by location would be a greatly beneficial.

I am a teacher and I have group conversations with parents and students. I would like to be able to name these texts instead of having everyone listed as the conversation name. This way I can easily find the group chat for a specific student.

As a teacher using Ring Central, we create a lot of group texts, with students and multiple other people. One Group text might include a student and parent, and then I will create another group with the same parent and student and a tutor. I then use both groups, and it would be great to label the different group texts to easily see which one I need to text in.

We use a lot of group messages in our business, and being able to name the group messages would be a great tool to have! The way things are now can make things extremely confusing in the high paced environment we have

Our team has many open group chats that include each other and our clients. We would like the ability to name the chats to easily navigate our communication

RC is like a dream solution for me. Almost perfect. Just one thing I would like to have the ability to do is customer label my SMS threads that have more than one contact.

I have to send text messages to a group of people for different reasons. I would like to name the different groups so that I know I'm picking the correct group because some of them have the same members excluding one or two people.
