Allow multiple users to respond to the main number texts
when a client texted in on the main number , allow multiple users to see and respond to there message. grasshopper has this because there is only 1 number to work through

I need a way for multiple agents to be able to see and reply to text messages to a specific number and for the other agents to be able to see whether or not someone has already worked on it.I need to manage over their work on my main company line but only I can write from and see texts to the main company line.
In order to enable texting for them I have to make their own personal number. Instead of them being able to see and reply to the main company line they all have separate numbers which could cause confusion for our user base.
Currently everyone can call and receive calls from our main company line but not text
What I'd like is for them to have access to the main company lines text messages and for me to see who sent what messages

A feature I have received a few requests for, is the ability to have multiple users receive/respond to SMS messages sent to the company's main number. This feature is currently available in many of the leading competitive platforms. I propose a scenario where all assigned operators of the main line are able to access/see/reply to such messages. It would be an extremely valuable tool for all RC clients.

We have a small business with 2 users. Texts/messages are only viewable to the admin. A feature is needed to allow the business to have more than 1 user on the main line where our new business comes in. We are not able to function as only one person only receives these messages. Not having this feature makes the system unusable for us. Never would have signed up for RC had we known this was not possible.
