1. SMS ID

   To have the ability to use the company name as the SMS ID Name not just the company main phone number.

   Unfortunately this does not work in North American market.

   Carriers do not support this for SMS.

   
   

   We will however implement the ability to initiate conversations via RCS. The Rich Communication Service (RCS) does have the behavior desired.

2. Increase the MMS file size attachment

   Getting an error submitting a large MMS file size attachment, I have to compress it first. We are a business entity so it will be helpful if the MMS file size will be increased to more than 1.5 MB.

   Due to carrier restrictions on Business to Person and Business to Business SMS, RingCentral will not be able to support an increase in file size.

3. Send Text to RingCentral Number through Email

   Most carriers I have worked with have the ability to send text messages to a phone number by sending an email. According to RC support this feature is not currently available. Would be a nice addition, especially for developers.Examples:##########@messaging.sprintpcs.com##########@vtext.com##########@txt.att.net

   Due to changing market trends, this feature will not be implemented.

4. Ability to Attach PDF Files with Texting with RC Phone App or RC App

   Yes a person can send an Attachment when sending a SMS Text with the RC Phone App or with the RC App but that Attachment can't be a PDF File for some reason. 99.9% of what I need to send people are PDF Files
