Send Text to RingCentral Number through Email
Most carriers I have worked with have the ability to send text messages to a phone number by sending an email. According to RC support this feature is not currently available. Would be a nice addition, especially for developers.Examples:##########@messaging.sprintpcs.com##########@vtext.com##########@txt.att.net

We VERY much need this capability for our MSP! We need to automate ticket notificaitons and every employee has their RC app on their cell phone to handle company communication with clients. I refuse to use an employee's home cell number for this purpose as it's the reason we got Ring Central!

Absolutely would support having this idea implemented. Our company uses an online application that can be configured to send email or text alerts based on activity within the application. Having the SMS email option is a constant question of our RingCentral users.

This is an excellent idea and would benefit anyone who needs to notify users at their RingCentral numbers of things going on in other call queues.
