  1. Sometimes , messages are received and read , but not responded to immediately. If it is followed up by many other received messages, then that message may be forgotten and buried in the list of SMS threads. There is currently no way to generate a report for text messages that have been received but have not been responded to. The idea is to generate a report (manually or automatically displayed in the admin portal), where the timeframe (ie. last 7 days, 14 days, or 1 month) can be specified and all text messages not responded will be listed.   4. Most carriers I have worked with have the ability to send text messages to a phone number by sending an email. According to RC support this feature is not currently available.   5. Hi, It would be best if we can allow SMS to be enabled for UK numbers. This will help users to utilize their UK numbers in communicating to clients thru text messaging.

  6. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

  12. In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

  13. Currently, we only receive an email after our client responds. It would be helpful for documentation purposes if we could also receive an email after we have texted the client.

It would be best if the RingCentral application, allows copy and paste of phone numbers from .csv file or excel file on the "To: Field", especially if there are multiple numbers they need to Enter.This will lessen the time and provide ease to users instead of copying and pasting the numbers 1 by 1, which is time consuming.
