Send email confirmation after you have sent a text message
Currently, we only receive an email after our client responds. It would be helpful for documentation purposes if we could also receive an email after we have texted the client.

We would love this feature. One of the applications that we use allows us to tag emails to specific clients. We are able to do this with received sms messages but would appreciate it for all outgoing sms messages. It would make our lives easier. It would also be good for users to have the ability to turn the feature off and on. Thank you!!!!

Customer needs notifications via email of outgoing sms in the admin portal > user > notifications field, SO FAR WE ONLY HAVE NOTIFICATIONS OF RECEIVED. That would be a big help if they have trail of the oubound sms notifications too.

For the financial industry we are not allowed texting from our cell phones. Every conversation must be archieved through our email support system. Right now all incoming text to Ring Central comes through our email. However when we reply to the clients it does not notify us through the email that we sent the text. Can this be addressed?

I would to set up a administrative notification for any outbound SMS messages. Our team currently has our inbound messages set up to trigger email notifications, but I would also like to be able to, as an admin, be sent an email alert when someone sends an outgoing message.
