Yes, there is a sore need for this. I like RingCentral, but may move to Textbetter if this is not implemented soon. This can be very simply done along with allowing us to slightly customize our text message (such as including the recipient's name). Here are two simple ways we could do this.One, allow us to cut and paste a bunch of phone numbers at once to the RingCentral app for texting. Right now we have to cut and paste one number at a time, and I just did over 300 of them on one day. That's asking for carpal tunnel syndrome and there is no good reason for this. Two, allow us to upload a spreadsheet or .csv file with two fields. The first field would be the phone number and the second field would be the text message. That would easily allow us to use our own software to customize each message, and then upload it to RingCentral for texting. This would be my number one request and I would then be very motivated to encourage other people to switch to RingCentral as well.Both of these upgrades should be simple to implement, and would make a huge difference for those of us who use texting to communicate professionally.

I already submitted something but I do not see it as posted.In summary, it would improve functionality if the group text and mass text options allowed for the ability to select contacts/phone numbers or the ability to upload a list instead of typing them in (or copy and paste) one by one. You already have it to where we as users can create a group of contacts and title this group. I believe this feature could be optimized by giving the option to mass text this group once created. Then users do not have to worry about selecting, typing, or uploading contacts and additional time. BUT for those who have different needs, the texting part of the app could give the option to upload or select contacts. I am no computer guru and am unsure how simple a change this will be but I see I am not the only one with this request so I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.In general, I believe it would be most helpful if we could upload a list into the screen where we select contacts when creating a group instead of selecting or entering them one by one. Because for companies with thousands of contacts, it would get tedious to search through or type them in instead of uploading the exact list desired. Uploading a list would also minimize human error which would increase company efficiency.Thank you for your time and consideration.

I would like to be able to import multiple phone numbers from an Excel worksheet to mass text. This would be great to send a group of numbers (30+) a reminder via text.
