Ability to forward texts to multiple extensions/numbers
With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

I see this is possible to a certain degree, but it forwards the text by email for any text which comes to my Application. My Application has 2 numbers however, the Main Company Number and the Admin Number. I want it so that it will only forward texts when texts sent to the Main Company Number but not the Admin Number.

This would be helpful when you are on vacation to forward the text messages to the user who is answering your phone calls.

It would be much easier to do business with that option for SMS. Currently, we need to have it copy and paste.
