  1. When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

  2. This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

  4. We have received feedback from our customers regarding their experience while using the RingCentral web app on the Firefox web browser. Currently, Firefox is only partially supported, leading to error messages for some users. (this is from advice from our higher engineer)To enhance the user experience and ensure full compatibility, we kindly request that our technical team extend comprehensive support for Firefox within the RingCentral web app. This improvement will not only eliminate error messages but also make our platform more accessible to a broader user base, including those who prefer Firefox.

  5. Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

  11. We have noticed that many of ours users do change the option of the call queue status to do not accept and move it back to accept. But it happens also that they change to Do Not Accept and forget about that status and sometimes till days after notice that they do not get que calls.Therefore it would be a good idea to show the status permanent on the RC app Maybe on all app types but for sure on desktop app.

Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

  16. With 'Desk Phone Pairing' enabled, please provide the ability for the user to answer the call with their desk phone and still have all the active dial pad features on their softphone vs. having to answer on the softphone to enable the dial pad features.

Modern messaging applications found on any mobile device, or apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage and even Google Chat have the option to react/ like a person's message.   19. Ring groups can currently ring our deskphones and we can add external cell phones for staff away from the desk. Since we are becoming mobile we are transitioning away from desk phones. We would like the desktop and mobile app to take calls.   20. When you are on DND and set a status message, it is easy to forget to remove the status message if you click Turn off DND. This is confusing to other employees who are trying to see if that person is available or not when the status message is not updated.
