The SMS/ Text message feature is very useful, but the current implementation is very rudimentary. Add an customizable emergency notification on Ring Central
A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. Removing of limitations in the creation of a free account for external guests
External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.

Contact Search - Include Details
In the old Ring Central Phone app when you searched in the contacts app the search included all fields, including company name. The new app does not do this.Might be worth while to expand the search range to include all details.

Unable to release an individual line during a 3-person call.
When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

Automatically remove status message when turning off DND.
When you are on DND and set a status message, it is easy to forget to remove the status message if you click Turn off DND. This is confusing to other employees who are trying to see if that person is available or not when the status message is not updated.
