This feature is extremely critical. We are constantly calling clients back - hoping that we can connect with the person who initiated the call and not miss an opportunity for business.
Calling people back after missing their call makes some [potential] clients uncomfortable.
We are shopping for other services that offer this feature.

This is something that should have already been implemented and of course now knowing this isn't an option it messes up my business calls. I will strongly be looking into another company that can handle this feature.
