Their was an Ideas page 'https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-86'; showing the progress of the Idea requeting the ability to print SMS threads. The page now shows 'Error 404: Page Not Found'. Any update on the progress of this IDEA request?

Customer would like the ability to print SMS threads to PDF for compliance purposes. These would be stored in their AMS360 CRM software. Their ask is to be able to click a print button and select a specific section of an SMS thread to print to PDF.The idea is already posted in the community ideas portal and has 107 voteshttps://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-86
