  4. Ring groups can currently ring our deskphones and we can add external cell phones for staff away from the desk. Since we are becoming mobile we are transitioning away from desk phones. We would like the desktop and mobile app to take calls. We need the mobile app and desktop since we need to use the site number for caller ID to place calls.My example we have a ring group 3065 created in our account the first group is the desk phones that always ring.   9. The ability to set user status is removed when the message tab is hidden from users. Some customers use a different application for internal messaging such as MS Teams but still want to be able to set user status in RC app. Please make it so that the ability to set user status even when the message tab is hidden via custom roles.

Desired behavior: Would like to have the option in the app to disable prompt/update request Current behavior: The feature always asks EXE installer to update when the version is obsolete.To disable the update option upon installation of the app. Using the MSI installer (IT version) is not an option since not all users are part of the company and they do not have an IT to install the MSI version.

  14. In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page.   15. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

  17. RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

  18. The Dial tone are too short and it is not being recognized by other companies, We would like to have a feature wherein the tones on the app will work the same as the physical phone where you can hold and press the number so that the tone would stay longer when you press it.
