  3. Currently, the system is set to change a user from "Available" to "Offline" after 15 mins of inactivity on their computer. This is misleading if the user hasn't touched their mouse or keyboard for that amount of time, yet are available.It would be helpful to allow the extension of this timer or instead of "Offline" have an "Away" presence instead.

  5. The ability to set user status is removed when the message tab is hidden from users. Some customers use a different application for internal messaging such as MS Teams but still want to be able to set user status in RC app. Please make it so that the ability to set user status even when the message tab is hidden via custom roles.

Desired behavior: Would like to have the option in the app to disable prompt/update request Current behavior: The feature always asks EXE installer to update when the version is obsolete.To disable the update option upon installation of the app. Using the MSI installer (IT version) is not an option since not all users are part of the company and they do not have an IT to install the MSI version.

Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

  11. RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

  12. The Dial tone are too short and it is not being recognized by other companies, We would like to have a feature wherein the tones on the app will work the same as the physical phone where you can hold and press the number so that the tone would stay longer when you press it.

Play the recorded message once the outbound call is answered by the third-partyI believe that this feature would be valuable for the following reasons:It would provide transparency to the third party about the call being recorded.It could help to reduce the number of dropped calls, as the third party would know that the call is being recorded and would be less likely to hang up.

  15. Skygen (Jake) wanted to chat with someone who was off-line at the time. In Teams, he would right-click on the person’s name and select, “Notify me when available”. I spend a couple minutes looking for it, but didn’t find how to do a similar function in RC on the MVP side of the house

  16. Emergency Location keeps popping up whenever starting the RC applications on the computer/desktop. We'd like to check if it's possible to incorporate the emergency location settings (like options to keep the address as is and won't be asking to confirm whenever opening the apps). This will lessen the hassle from the customers' part.
