Call Monitoring - whisper feature
Does RingCentral have a "whisper" feature that would whisper a specific message to an agent when they pick up an inbound call from a specific number dialled?

Hi, we have special concern with regards to whisper call for incoming calls on this phone number 6196553112. We already raise this concern to your technical department in which they can't mandate it in their end due to no system avail for them to work on this relevant concern.
To further check please take note this case number: 27280423.
Hope you can help us assist our concern because as per our company administrator this feature is already available but it disappear all sudden we want it back as soon as possible. This would a very big help to our business.
