The lack of in-app failed fax previews is a significant interruption to our fax workflow. Not only do we have to log in to the admin portal to see a preview of the failed fax, but also the preview given is so tiny that we have to zoom in the entire webpage in order to see details.
Instead of opening the fax app and instantly seeing what fax failed and why, the failed faxes end up building up until someone has the time to investigate and resend everything.
Coming from a fax application with failed fax previews built in, it is quite a negative adjustment.

it is available for every other fax status - yet for failed faxes it isnt an option. The only way I have found to view it is to resend it and then view it in the "submitted" state under the sent filter.

Has this issue been addressed? We are now entering 2025, and from what I see, the option to preview failed faxes is still unresolved. When sending 50+ faxes to several of the same numbers a day, it is critical to see which faxes did not send.

It is critical to have Preview of the Failed faxes, it looks like the issue was raised back in 2023 and nothing has been done about it which is concerning.

It would be very beneficial to have preview the same as for the received and sent faxes example attached . Thanks
