  2. Hello RC,
    I wanted to check if there is an option to use RingCentral through my native dialer.
    I unfortunately have an issue with my proximity sensor. On my native dialer I have an option to disable the proximity sensor. However i do not see any such option on the RingCentral App. Is there a way to disable the proximity sensor when using RingCentral, or route the call through my native dialer?
    My issue is that during a call, my screen goes blank and I can not change anything until the call is over.

  4. We have hourly staff who we would like to restrict access to RingCentral to only their working hours. Example staff member “Jane” can only access or sign in to RC on an access schedule M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM after. She would not be able to sign into RC any other time, including through the web and phone apps all access would be restricted to her working hours. Just like with windows in active directory, we can set a login schedule for users.

  5. This pop-up will provide additional information for a call queue for example, a link to a certain page, or a message to the person answering the phone that lets them know if specific steps have to be taken for that specific call queue.

  7. Can you add a filter for voicemails under the reports tab? After you select a specific extension you can filter by several factors under "types of calls" but not voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when an agent is out sick or vacation. Also, can you allow a superadmin to listen to said voicemail you filter? Thanks!

When trying to change my call handling from going only to my mobile app to going only to my soft phone, the entry for my mobile phone starts at the top and then gets switched out for my soft phone after I toggle off the mobile app. It's annoying to think the soft phone will be in one position and then have it jump to another after I change the mobile app setting.

    The phone entries should stay in the same order in the list no matter whether they are active or not.

  9. This would be useful in way so that when client creates a Group or Team in RC App Messaging, they won't have to type the users email one by one. Would be good to if adding the members that are already within their company is via check box

  11. Users are using virtual desktop on all screens which pushes the RingCentral app behind the VDI. They would like an option to keep the RingCentral App in the foreground, in front of all open windows, so that they do not have to minimize or Alt + Tab to use the RingCentral App

  12. My team is a very effective team. If we were to get somebody who repeatedly gets anon callers but nobody else does, is there a way to track the caller? Maybe general location such as city or state? I have no way of tracking a slacker if they join the team from the anon caller perspective.

  13. The spam calls about renewing auto insurance in particular are getting out of hand. On my cell phones, I can send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder. It would be nice if Ring Central could do this too.

  14. SummaryI find that the proliferation of political, scams, and non-profit fundraising are flooding my voice mail. Also vendors and other contacts either fall out of favor or are superseded by new ones. I hope that RC will provide a way to manage both of these in blocks. This can be done be grouping data records (objects) by search conditions or with check boxes in the user interface.ContactsThere is currently no provision for removing "blocks" of contacts that are no longer useful.   16. The Email Digest that gets sent when we used to miss a chat message would display the chat message contents in the email. This was recently changed. Now their is only a Reply fuction but I have no idea what I am replying to.Having this feature helps when we are out of office or in meetings and need to respond.We do not want to install RC apps on our personal cell phones.

When you have the google extension and the RC App opened and that a call comes in, if you click on "ignore" on the google extension the RC App will still keep ringing and you have to also click on "send to voicemail" on the Rc app. Is it possible to link both apps and if "ignore" is clicked on the Google extension it also sends it to voicemail on the RC App.

CurrentlyYou can create any number of 'Teams' (chat channels) but if you want to delete posts from those chats you have to manually delete each post one-by-one.ProposedCan we have a facility where the administrator of a 'Team' channel can delete all posts and contents of a channel in one step.   20. Urgently requesting a feature in which we can view all incoming calls within our queue at once. A "Call lineup" of sorts where all the calls that are awaiting pickup are listed so we know how many more calls need to be answered within a specific time-frame. There is no feature in the app to do this, and even within the admin portal, there still is no way to view how many incoming calls are happening simultaneously.
