  1. VM boxes for call ques are currently restricted to no more than 15 members. We need at least 40-50 embers to be given access to each call que vm's box.

  2. We have users that may be away from their desk or unable to answer a call that is transferred to them. Rather than having the call go to VM we would like it to go back to the person who transferred the call so they can then ask the caller if they would like to talk to someone else or if they would like voicemail. Then they can be transferred to another user that can help them or they can be transferred directly to the persons voicemail.

  3. It is a violation of our state procurement law to us the government credit card for monthly services. Here are a few options that would be useful in this case: Allow governement agencies to establish a line of credit and pay via purchase order (live check of EFT) on the basic subscription level, PayPal, or reloadable gift cards. We want to keep this srvice, but may be forced to close the account because it is illegal to pay by credit card. We do not operate at $500 worth of business.

When HMRC ( HM Revenue & Customs) sends authorization code is used to a BTCW BT Cloud Work Phone number the message from HMRC starts before the BTCW user has picked up their Handset.similar idea was raised ENTIDEA-I-459 that request to allow the option to disable the inbound call pre-answer but it was referring to Okta/Azure but has the same feature that would fix this current issue

  7. Feature Request : Call Using F6 Hotkey - For BT Accounts Details : Need to have the feature Call Using F6 Hotkey available on the BT Cloud Work Desktop application. Significance of the feature : Customer claims he had it used it for a day and loved it. It made everything convenient for all the users to dial out. Current behavior : The feature was seen and enabled on the BT Cloud Work Desktop app then its now gone. Brand : BT Business

  13. The ability to download and save messages contained in the text feature. I like to save certain texts as a reference, perhaps inserting into an email or other media. I've used Amazon Chime, which has this useful feature.

  17. When on a call in Mac app, it would be useful to have an icon in the status bar at the top showing in call. So if other party hangs up, I would want to know that the call has ended. This is useful when multi-tasking and the RingCentral app is not showing in foreground. I don't want to have to open the app to make sure they hung up.

  18. Currently, there is little or no documentation on how hearing-impaired individuals can best use RingCentral. I reached out to support for advice on hearing aid compatible hardware or other solutions. I was provided links to external sites and hardware which was not compatible with RingCentral.

  19. Partner wanted to have the option to block calls from a particular number going to a CQ Ext. The number will only be blocked to a particular CQ Ext member. Example: Call Queue Ext 61 | User Members Ext 1, 2, and 3Blocked Number: 0123456789Behavior: Blocked number should not ring to Ext 2 when the call is coming from the CQ Ext.
