  3. Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

  4. Allow Blocking to outbound numbers for things like do not call lists. This should be able to be done by role, individual extension, and account-wide.

  5. I use RC as my primary phone service. In many cases organizations send SMS messages from "short code" numbers. I can receive them on RC. But I can not respond. This is an important feature!

  8. I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available

  9. Tough to get users to take the time to upload and change their profile pictures. It would be great for admins to be able to use existing employee pictures (I.E. from Id badges/access cards) and update them globally. Even BETTER it would be great to be able to have Azure/Office365 pictures transfer over if an existing SSO conduit exists.

  12. currently HUD is unavailable on the iphone app, only androids. Nextiva and other cloud based systems have this feature available for iphone users.

  13. We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together.   14. Currently, the retention for sent faxes is set for 30 days. It will be beneficial if this could be stored longer as the email transmission results notification does not contain the actual fax file attachment

  16. It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

  17. Can you please make the "Auto-answer call" feature something that can be disabled (greyed out) for the entire organization? Our company would never use this feature and our end users sometimes confuse this to set number of rings and turn it on without realizing what's about to happen.

  20. I was unaware of Ringcentral's data retention policy and lost access to my prior call recordings. It would be very helpful to be able to recover these call recordings past the 90 day retention window.
