  5. I use RC as my primary phone service. In many cases organizations send SMS messages from "short code" numbers. I can receive them on RC. But I can not respond. This is an important feature!

  6. Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

  9. I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available

  10. Tough to get users to take the time to upload and change their profile pictures. It would be great for admins to be able to use existing employee pictures (I.E. from Id badges/access cards) and update them globally. Even BETTER it would be great to be able to have Azure/Office365 pictures transfer over if an existing SSO conduit exists.

  13. We currently operate a parent/sister company relationship and have two separate Microsoft Office 365 tenants, our parent tenant is configured to use SSO for RingCentral but our sister company is not able to be configured due to the limitation within the RC Admin portal.

    We would like to be able to include more than one tenant so that our sister company can utilise SSO for their authentication against RC applications.

  14. Currently, the retention for sent faxes is set for 30 days. It will be beneficial if this could be stored longer as the email transmission results notification does not contain the actual fax file attachment

  16. Hello, Currently our team is being told that their phone numbers are being shown as SPAM RISK on the caller ID and we would like to remove this as it is impacting our business and sales. We were advised that Ring Central is currently unable to perform this action.

  17. We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together.   18. It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

  19. Can you please make the "Auto-answer call" feature something that can be disabled (greyed out) for the entire organization? Our company would never use this feature and our end users sometimes confuse this to set number of rings and turn it on without realizing what's about to happen.
