Simultaneous Ring for Cloud profile - RingCX
Suggestion is to offer simultaneous ring capability in RingCX, similar to what is available in the MVP call queue. In RingCX, the current routing options are Round Robin, Sequential, Percent Allocation and Geo Location.

longest idle state is a MUST, "longest since last call", which is I believe how it is now, does not work for our customers... this should be just a drop down in the queue configuration. the suggested "solution" is a work around.

Simultaneous Ring is a functionality of RingEX and RingCX Track numbers. This is a feature that can be used and configured today.

This idea is listed as Needs More Information - for RingCX, we would like to see different de-queuing options like we have in RingEX where you can set the system to ring all available agents simultaneously, fixed order or longest idle.
