Meeting Recordings to be password protected on download
Would like for there to be a setting where-by all RCV Meeting recordings can be 'encrypted' by a password which the host of the meeting would need to share with all those trying to access it to watch-back.

RC Scheduler Plugin Update
Currently when a Delegate tries to create a meeting on behalf of someone else, a meeting auto generates and once the new Meeting is created on behalf of the correct person the old meeting is cancelled and an email is generated. The ideal fix would be to allow the scheduler once opened to not auto generate a meeting, instead wait until the delegate chooses the person they are needing to create the meeting for, and then create the meeting to prevent this. Intl RCV Dial In Numbers & Languages
We need a way to change the greeting language for Audio Conferencing numbers, for specific countries or sites.Right now for Audio Conferencing numbers, the language is based on the "Greetings Language" set in the Main Site's regional settings. This means if an account is based in the US, but has an Italy audio conferencing number, anyone who dials in with the Italy number will hear the prompt in English vs Italian. If we could assign the audio conferencing numbers to a specific site or have a dropdown somewhere to specify language, we could make the calling experience better.

Let RC Video meeting open in browser in iOS like you allow in Android
Since you allow Android users to join a RCV meeting in a Chrome browser, why wouldn't you also also allow Apple iPhone users to do the same?

Add 1 tap dial-in to mobile landing page.
When mobile users click a v.ringcentral.com link, it brings them to a landing page where the only option is to download the app (if it is not installed). Many 3rd parties only want to dial-in to the call and don't wish to install the RingCentral app. I'm aware there is a One Tap link on the invitation, but many people don't read through the invitation and just click the v.ringcentral.com link in the location field. Co-Browse within RCV
The ask is to be able to co-browse with RCV. Benefits:
- make it possible for every user to co-browse website together to
see the cursor of another person who is sharing, irrespective of
web browser or operating system in usage.

Local time and temperatures of meeting attendees
In most meetings I attend, there is always a reference to time, time difference, what is the time there for that attendee and that attendee - it would be handy to have everyones clock onscreen, even if to help remind some that not all attendees are in AM, or they are in late PM. Temperatures can help with conversation breakers plus helping with conversions F to C etc as EMEA and US are different.

Pause screen share API when inputting sensitive info (CC number/CVV Code)
Request is for the API to automatically Pause Screen when when inputting sensitive data. This would be similar to call recording Pause API where in an application based on specific Field selection, it triggers and API to pause call recording until that information is collected.

Add ability to allow users to set meeting to record while scheduling the meeting
RingCentral Meetings allowed for users to set automatic recording of a meeting at the time that they were scheduling a meeting / creating the meeting for the first time. This would allow the meeting to automatically start recording once the meeting started without the user having to remember to hit the record button. RingCentral Video does not have this feature and many of our staff have become accustomed to having this feature and are forgetting to record their meetings because they are accustomed to it doing this for them. Add option for Host Key to RC Video
There is no Host Key for RC Videos. What if someone has scheduled and RC Video event but gets hit by a bus and another staffer must take over to record the meeting? How could the former host assign a new host without logging into the Video in progress?!?!?!?

Receive email notification when person joins personal meeting room and host isn't/we aren't in there yet
This helps let us (team of 5 here in our small business office!) know and is a good reminder if we get busy - that someone is ready for our meeting! We used to get an email reminder when someone joins our personal meeting room if we weren't in there. As of today, that no longer happens because, according to the chat rep, our account has been changed to the new version and that's not a feature. It is a lifesaver! We need that back if possible!

Past meetings to be shown on the meetings tab
It would be very useful to have the past meetings in the meetings tab to be able to locate any meetings that are required.

hide participant icon/name while recording in RCV.
I'm looking to record videos to record and post, but I don't want my name or picture on the side. Is there a way I can record my screen and not have my image name and icon on the side?

Poor Recording for RC Video during Screen sharing w/text (h264 enable)
With RCV recordings, Screen Sharing with text is unreadable. We need to have better quality as we use it as Playbacks for Training and Reference.

meetings that were scheduled for next week or whole month to be displayed in video section of rc app

Please bring back in-video duration time
It is extremely important to our group to be able to see the duration of video calls, but it seems to have gone away with RingCentral Meetings. Please consider bringing it back.
