Meeting title in recordings title
When recording a video call (from an invite) and it saves it. Could it have the video call's title as the recording name? instead of having "RingCentral Video Meeting". it doesn't help differentiate meetings.

Add an option to ask participants for consent when a recording starts.
This option is available in RC Meetings but not RC Video. RC video merely displays a notification that recording has been started.

Be able to edit video meetings for whom I can schedule them
Called once each month over past 3 months to get this resolved to no avail. Before your upgrade/migration I could see and edit any virtual meetings for the other person for whom I have privileges to schedule, on behalf of. I cannot do that any longer as I once did. So, If I forgot to make the video meeting a reoccurring meeting, or if I misspelled, I don't have a way to find the meeting and change this for the person I scheduled on behalf of. Very frustrating and not user friendly in this regard any longer.

Share Browser Window Highlight
Like Zoom and Skype, when you select a browser window to share, there should be a thick, colored line that should highlight that browser window so you can immediately see which one is actively being shared. This is a basic feature of every other screen sharing desktop app on the market. You need to add this feature to be in line with your competitors.

Automatically Lower Hand after you speak in RCV
When a participant raises their hand to speak in RCV, after they speak, the hand should automatically be lowered. Or the Participant can choose to keep hand raised. Many times a user will raise their hand, ask or make a comment but forget to lower it and a few minutes later the host will ask that person if they have a question.

Allow Host to See Film Strip View of Participants on screen when screen sharing in RCV
Customer uses RingCentral to host training sessions for their end users. The trainers would like to be able to see a film strip view of the participants whilst sharing the screen during a training session so that they can tell whether they are engaging the audience. This would be particularly useful whilst working from home with only one screen.

Add RCV Outlook plugin that works from Outlook Mail tab
Our company has been using RingCentral Meetings for quite some time now, and this was a smooth rollout using the Ring Central Meetings for Outlook plugin. People in our company when in Outlook are on the mail page 90% of the time and having the option to schedule or start an instant meeting right on that page made it quick and easy. This I believe is the main reason RingCentral meetings was adopted so quickly and we were not pressured by the Execs to visit Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms. We have a limited number of people that have…

Inviting Meeting Attendees
I work on a MAC -- the most updated operating system. When I schedule a meeting -- the integration with the Microsoft Outlook Calendar is such that it is not easily apparent how to invite attendees once the meeting has been scheduled. One has to click on "Edit." It would be wonderful if there was a way to make it a little clearer this is where you click to open up an email to invite attendees.

RingCentral Video Easy navigation for non English speaking customer.
There should be an option for customers to select a meeting link that will open through browser by default. This option will remove all the extra navigation on downloading and installing the application. This will greatly help other non English speaking customer to smoothly navigate on the meeting without going through series of steps to take or skip.

Display entire voicemail-to-text transcription in voice-to-text notification email
There is a limitation to RingCentral's voicemail-to-text transcription as described in this article: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8045.html
When the transcriptions occurs, only a partial transcription preview is included in the voice-to-text notification email (not full).
It would be of great help to our business to receive the full transcription in the voice-to-text notificatino email, as this would allow us to read the entire transcription in the email itself, and we could avoid having to download the attached voicemail audio file, and listen to it in its entirely (as we must do for now) for long messages.
This change would have a meaningful impact…

Resolve what is apparently a serious RCV bug
Our company is experiencing a serious issue with RCV. We are a large real estate company that has monthly virtual all company meetings. These meetings frequently invite high level guest speakers. The RCV invite to these external guests displays a pop up to go to the MS Store to get an app to run the meeting (as these external guest speakers do not have the RC Unified app installed to the computer they are joining the meeting from). This error condition is unacceptable and needs to be resolved ASAP. This problem is one of numerous issue with RC and the…

RingCentral Video - Reactions
Our staff love to use the "reactions" type emojis within a video meeting. This will allow participates to interact within the meeting and not have to talk. This would be a huge benefit to the Video platform. :)

We need the ability to disable and lock the use of Personal Meeting ID's (PMI)
Hello, We are needing to disable the use of Personal Meeting ID's and Lock them much like we were able to to this in RingCentral meetings. We are not wanting our users to have the ability to use PMI's when scheduling a meeting.

Display Magazines or Videos on RCV waiting Room
Some companies would like to be able to upload content into the RCV waiting rooms (videos and magazines, for example) so that the participants can view these instead of having the RC default message of "Please wait for the host to start the meeting"

Ring Central Video - Default Audio to Dial In
Currently in the Ring Central Video Settings the Audio can only be defaulted to the computer speakers/mic or a headset tied to the computer. Add the ability to default the audio to "dial in" allowing the user to use a desk phone to call in. Not all environments allow for computer audio nor to all users have headsets tied to the computer.

RCV to allow host to mute and unmute participants only
There are many types of meetings where the host controls the mode of the meeting. Some participants can unmute now at any time and could cause disruption to the meeting. At least they could chat first or raise hand to say something and host will unmute but not allowing them to unmute at any time.E.g. Home Owners Association meetings where things can be very chaotic

Revert Video Back to Functional Release
Recordings: Have become unusable. Used to be provided as Playbacks for Training and Reference, now the Framerate and Audio is so Compressed it's useless. Add Back In the Ability to Pause and Stop Recordings to make multiple during one Meeting instead of Just "Pause." Add back in Files being Saved Locally instead of only to the Cloud. Compression is too heavy.Screen-Share: AWFUL Framerate. Used to Host Webinars for Training multiple Companies at a time...videos look so bad and Sharing Audio is usually non-functioning making it useless for incredibly practical uses. Even HelpDesk Articles that explain using Desktop Audio are out…
