Allow resizing of the tiny video image of self when in full screen
When in full screen mode, the image of self is a tiny box in the upper right hand corner. In RC meetings, I am able to resize this box to make it larger so I am able to observe how the participant views me. When using RC video for telemental health appointments, it is important for our therapist to be able to observe themselves in order to monitor their own non-verbal communication--which is not possible on the existing tiny image. Using gallery view is not a sufficient work around as it is impossible to "make eye contact" with the participant…

Identify Speaker In Transcripts
The new transcript feature is great, but identifies speakers as "speaker 1", "speaker 2", etc. Their names are typically in the meeting, so it would be good to have their names used in the transcripts.

Sound effect when Raise Hand is used
When presenting and using an external item in video meetings (white board, chart etc.) that is not computer based, I am sometimes away from screen. If a hand is raised, it may not be seen right away, as I am not necessarily looking at the screen. Could we add some sort of distinctive audio sound option for when a hand is raised, so that I will hear a tone immediately when a hand is raised?

Lunch Mode on and off Toggle Button
We would like to see an on and off button for "lunch" mode rather than a set schedule. Our receptionist takes her lunch break at different times everyday so we are having to change the custom settings EVERY day.

Anyone can record the meeting
It would be helpful if the Host and Co-Host or Moderators could all record and have the option of uploading to cloud or downloading to local computer.

Conair is requesting transcripts to be available for French, Spanish and Chinese languages during live meetings and transcription of a recorded meeting.

Allow Dual Monitor Sharing
Allow to share both monitors for those that have two monitors to work off so that you don't have to stop sharing one screen and share the other, instead just have the option to share both.

Countdown Timer
In my meetings, everyone has a 2-minute time limit to share. I would like the speaker to be able to see on screen how much time he has left...so he can finish speaking on time. It would be nice if there were a little sound when he had 10 seconds left...etc.

Show scheduled RCV meetings even without calendar
There should be a place, either within RC App or v.ringcentral.com to see all of the schedule meetingIDs associated with a user. With or without the calendar being connected. Even if the meetingIDs would not be able to have an associated date and time without the connected calendar. This is useful for users who may want to use to re-use IDs they have already reseverd, but did not associate with a calendar service. Or for users who may have lost an ID they were scheduling durring the scheduling process. Without having to create duplicate IDs. It would also be helpful…

App on Samsung, Roku for RCV functionality on a TV
So, I can watch All Hands and other webinars on my TV while freeing up my computer. This would be marketable to customers and make it easier to use RCV on TV without doing whatever we do in the conference rooms.

Integration with Google Drive
Additionally, I would like to see RCV interact with Word or Google Drive during screen share, so that anyone on the call can edit the same document. I realize that you can do this by sharing the document beforehand, but it would nice to give permissions while on the call using RCV (and eliminating a step).

Enhance my video option
Ring Central Zoom has an option to enhance video, which softens the appearance of the user. Would be great if Ring Central Video could add this.

Invitee List
It would be great to see the list of people invited and if they have logged in. As it is now (I believe) as you invite people there is no record of who you invited.

Add picture in picture for macOS + System wide shortcuts (when app not in focus)
PIP really helps to keep the meeting on top always even when you are working on other applications. System wide shortcuts give faster and smoother control of the application.

Option for participants to show that they are away for few mins during the call
During the meeting sometime people have to attend something (emergency call, address some other interruption) and go away for few mins.Idea to show that status in participants list and also overlay the message when person changes the status.
