  6. The Messages screen is difficult to read because the messages are equally spread out even when sent by the same person at a similar time.   7. In RC Video, even if a Meeting is not recorded, show recent meetings with Duration, Participant names, speaker time, chat, and if recorded link, access to recording. Even though this is in analytics, but easy access to history has value to see who attended and for how long and stats around the recent meeting.

  8. Our current VoIP setup successfully transmits the Caller ID phone number (ANI) when calling 911; however, the Caller ID name (CNAM) is not displaying to the PSAP.

    Local government inspectors now require that emergency calls made from businesses show both:

    The Caller ID number, and

    The company/Caller ID name

    Current Behavior

    ANI (phone number) is displayed correctly on 911 calls.

    ALI location information is provided.

    Caller ID Name (CNAM) does not appear.

  10. I'd like to have ringcentral to have the capability after the phone call it automatically generates a survey for this phone call and for that extension.

    Example ext. 101 receives the call after that call ringcentral will send an email to the customer for the experience for that representative

  14. The customer requested the ability to manually add external contacts to the RingCentral app and make them available to all users without completing the template. The customer refused to fill out the template because they will be adding contacts daily.

    • Our customer called and he also wants to receive RingCentral offers and billing updates like how is the email in billing contact info is receiving updates.
    • Educate cx that the billing contact info can only take one email putting multiple emails to its box is a feature request

  17. The Call Me feature is great, it saves a bunch of key punching for access codes and passwords, but it is not available as an audio option if the meeting does not start on time. Please allow the "Call Me" audio feature to be enabled at all points on the meeting.

  19. iOS 14 will allow PiP for iPhone and iPad. Not sure what our iOS user base % is, but it would be great to be able to do other things on my phone and still see the video feed https://www.macrumors.com/guide/picture-in-picture/
