  1. We do a lot of teaching videos live. We also record the videos and make it available to our subscribers.This allows teachers to hightlight their video. It also allows a teacher to record the video without concern of violating anyone's privacy.This feature is currently available in RC Meetings and Zoom.

  2. A pre-meeting registration is where a special link is created for people to insert their details (name, email, etc.). Once registered, the host can get an email indicating a new attendant, or recieve the information with some other method. This comes in handy when you're hosting an informational meeting and you don't know who is going to show up.Zoom has a meeting registration so you know how many people are going to show up for the call. That way you can notify them that the meeting is starting if they can't join.

  5. Require email address (or have an option to require it in setting up RCV) when a participant joins a RCV meeting, webinar, or event. This would help in the backend to properly track attendees and easily share to them the recording of the meeting.

I've noticed that now that folks are starting to return to office, when there are folks attending meetings in conference room, certain features become harder to manage such as sharing video recordings. In the virtual-only case, it's very easy to share a video recording and keep track of meeting attendees since everyone by default has to dial in online. However, now that folks are physically attending meetings in physical spaces again, it is difficult to manage the attendees and know who was at the meeting and make sure the recorded video (or note, etc.) are shared out to all of…

  9. Since we know that the audio experience will be better for the user when they choose mic and speaker combinations that are paired, we should have a dropdown for those paired devices during the audio selection in the meeting join.

  14. I would like to possibility to choose the proper language via the Outlook RingCentral Scheduler. French and English are very present in my region and I would like to customer that email invitation and choose the language or bilingual invites if possible.

  15. I would like the ability to include a statement about how to access closed captions to all of my meeting participants. Ideally, this message is included in the meeting invite on top of the meeting details.Typically, I add a statement similar to the following:"RingCentral meeting platform includes closed captions for all users. To enable captions, select "More" in the menu at the bottom of your screen and select "Enable closed captions." Please contact me [option to add a contact here would be awesome] if you require additional accommodations to fully-participate in this meeting.
