RC Video Options to Mirror Zoom
In Zoom, there is an option to share both monitors simultaneously. This is currently NOT an option in RC Video, even though it is powered by Zoom. I would LOVE to see this offered! From a training perspective, it would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!

attach files in a chat while in a video meeting
it would be great if while in a video meeting and someone needs to get a document to the participants for them to download onto their computer, in the chat function if you can add an upload file button. other video meetings platforms have this option.

Auto reply for messenger chat
Please create an auto reply feature for after hours chat messaging. This system is set up for auto reply SMS text messaging but not for the messanger chat feature for both mobile app and desktop app.

Hide Floating Screenshare Bar When in a video meeting
I would like to be able to hide the floating screenshare controls bar while in a video meeting. At this point in time, there is no way to hide it and it is disruptive when visible during a meeting. We also have a hard time simply trying to move it out of the way, because it snaps back into place. It obstructs the meeting "view" for the hosts.

I noticed that it is EXTREMELY difficult for our blind employee to share his screen. It is not registering the options properly to share his screen efficiently.

Allow users joined via browser have the option to start meeting recording
We are hosting RCV meeting and we would like users join in the meeting to be able to record the meeting

Only allow RCV chats between moderator and participants (restrict Participant-to-Participant chat)
Allow chats in an RCV meeting only between Moderator and Participants. Restrict chats participants-to-participant. Schools, for example, do not want students chatting privately during virtual learning. We need chat to be enabled to allow between Teacher-Student (public and private).

Auto-hide old chats
Can we please get a setting in RingCentral to hide any chat over X amount of days automatically? Would love to set it to let's say a week, any old chats to be hidden automatically, otherwise my chat list is impossible to navigate.Thanks!

Webinar - Needs the ability to change the sizes of the screen shared and the video feed in the bottom right hand corner
No way to change sizing of the feed, video feed that I am watching is a fourm with multiple people and is tiny in the bottom right hand corner, no way to change the sizing of this video feed.

3/4 digit conference number
Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

Save whiteboard items set up prior to call
I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. I also sometimes forget to push the record button and then the whiteboard doesn't get saved for me to go back and review after the meeting. It would be nice if the…

Lower participant's hand when they start talking
One of the better features of other services for teamwork is hand raising and lowering. In Zoom it automatically lowers the hand of a given participlant once they begin talking, making the meeting flow very well and automatically, rather than having to lower the hands manually.

As the RC Video Meeting OrganizerI want to send reminder message to any participant on MVPIn order to remind that person to attend the meetingReminder can be in form of message that blinks on the MVP and catches the user attention so that the person can either join the meeting or respond accordingly.Reminder message can be on MVP and also extend to SMS for the person.By default, the feature will be turned on for the MVP user.
