The customer is requesting the ability to automatically send an SMS notification to a caller after they leave a voicemail.
The requested functionality would apply when an inbound call is routed to voicemail, whether the voicemail is associated with:
An individual user
A call queue
A standalone voicemail
Once the caller leaves a voicemail, the system would automatically send an SMS confirming that the voicemail was received.
Example SMS:
“Thank you for your voicemail. We have received your message, and someone will contact you as soon as possible.”

Customer is requesting the ability to block specific inbound phone numbers at the entire RingCentral tenant/site level, preventing unwanted inbound calls and SMS from reaching any users.
Customer has a Super Admin role but does not see an option to configure a tenant-wide block list. They also noted that the Call Analytics dashboard provides a “Block” option for individual records, but there is no clear confirmation or centralized view showing which numbers have been blocked.
Customer would like a centralized and clearly identifiable method to block phone numbers across the entire tenant/site for both inbound calls and text messages.

edit video meeting settings after it is scheduled
It looks like the option to edit video meeting settings is missing from the desktop app. The pencil icon for managing waiting rooms and early participant access is no longer visible.
The customer is requesting that the option be brought back. I can edit the meeting settings beforehand, but what we need is when after we schedule the meeting.

Global video meeting settings for common external facing client work
For context our work deals with family dispute resolution. There are options built into the video meeting but these should be a global option. i.e. chat can be disabled for everyone ~ only private to host, no reactions allowed, no screen sharing etc. Very common settings for client facing work and very annoying to have to change every meeting plus forgetting to do so for every meeting has the potential to run into privacy/confidentiality issues, runs the risk of clients messaging one another who might have court orders (maybe not so much of a risk if they are kept in…

Allow Removed Participants to Rejoin a RingCentral Video Meeting
Currently, when a participant is removed from a RingCentral Video meeting by the host/admin, attempting to rejoin using the same meeting link results in an error such as “You were removed by the admin.”
Request an account/meeting setting that allows hosts or administrators to choose whether removed participants are permitted to rejoin using the original meeting link.
This would be useful when a participant is accidentally removed, temporarily disconnected, or removed for troubleshooting rather than permanently banned from the meeting.

Hide Participant names in "Disconnected" section
I propose to automatically hide participant names in the "disconnected" section of the Participant area of RC, to prevent HIPPA violation. I use Ring Central for psychiatric appointments. When a participant (patient in my case) leaves the room or I end the meeting, the participants name then automatically moves into the "disconnected" section. When I accept my next patient from the waiting room, the previous patient's name continues to stay in the "disconnected" section. To prevent HIPPA violation, you have to fully exit out of the application completely and log back in.

Make the Join button as large as the Start and Schedule buttons in the Video section of the RingCentral application. With the last update, the Join button moved, has a light-gray color that makes it difficult to see, and is pretty small. It is difficult to find, especially for new users when you are trying to direct them to join an existing meeting.

Display Location/Business Name on Voicemail Messages

Customer is requesting an enhancement that allows voicemail messages to display the location, business name, or phone number that the caller dialed.The customer has multiple locations/business numbers and currently can identify the location when receiving live calls because the incoming call displays the number being called. However, when a caller leaves a voicemail, the voicemail notification/message does not indicate which location or business line the caller was trying to reach.
