Hide Participant names in "Disconnected" section
I propose to automatically hide participant names in the "disconnected" section of the Participant area of RC, to prevent HIPPA violation. I use Ring Central for psychiatric appointments. When a participant (patient in my case) leaves the room or I end the meeting, the participants name then automatically moves into the "disconnected" section. When I accept my next patient from the waiting room, the previous patient's name continues to stay in the "disconnected" section. To prevent HIPPA violation, you have to fully exit out of the application completely and log back in.

Make the Join button as large as the Start and Schedule buttons in the Video section of the RingCentral application. With the last update, the Join button moved, has a light-gray color that makes it difficult to see, and is pretty small. It is difficult to find, especially for new users when you are trying to direct them to join an existing meeting.

Display Location/Business Name on Voicemail Messages
Description:
Customer is requesting an enhancement that allows voicemail messages to display the location, business name, or phone number that the caller dialed.The customer has multiple locations/business numbers and currently can identify the location when receiving live calls because the incoming call displays the number being called. However, when a caller leaves a voicemail, the voicemail notification/message does not indicate which location or business line the caller was trying to reach.

Add audio output toggle (Earpiece vs. Speaker) for Video Meetings on Mobile Browsers.
Users joining via a mobile web browser are stuck using the phone's native receiver (earpiece) with terrible audio and have no interface button to switch to the loudspeaker, unlike the mobile app.

As of Jun 10th 2026, the transcription is only generated if the video-meeting is being recorded and notes are created. But I want to be able to have just the transcription so I can create my own "without recording". My team is not comfortable "being recorded all the time".1 vote -
Improve RingCentral Video Meeting Accessibility for External Users on iOS Mobile Devices Using Google Chrome
External participants are currently unable to join RingCentral Video meetings when accessing meeting links through the Google Chrome browser on iOS devices. The meeting link fails to open or join the meeting successfully, creating an inconsistent user experience compared to Android devices, where the same links function as expected.
As a workaround, users must manually copy the meeting link and open it in the Safari browser or navigate to v.ringcentral.com and enter the meeting ID. This additional step creates confusion and may prevent external participants from joining meetings promptly.
Business Impact:
External participants experience difficulties joining scheduled meetings.
