I'm a new employee of RingCentral and I saw something we can make changes or improve when we or our clients are using our RingCentral Video. We all know that there are times when our meeting links have been compromised. Someone not from our organization or company was able to obtain an invite link to join our RingCentral Video/Meeting. Yes, we have the ability to kick out that someone, however, as long as that someone has the link to the RingCentral Video/Meeting; they can still come back in.So, I suggest we add an option before kicking someone out. ...cipants. When scheduling a meeting via the Global Actions option via Salesforce, the only option is copy the meeting manually for you to enter it via email instead of giving the option to send an invite to the participants involved.

Leaving a post-it note on video
Been in a situation just now that a video meeting had to be cancelled last minute and we could not amend the calendar schedule. I messaged the team members involved to let them know that the meeting is involved. At the scheduled date I joined the video meeting just in case somebody else did not read the postpone notice and they join the meeting.I was thinking it would be great if we could leave a message on screen in the meeting "Thank you for joining and apologies for the late notice. network issue notification during the meeting in RingCentral Meeting
While on active meeting in RingCentral Meeting, then a network issue occur, there must be a pop-up notification or at least a signal bar indicating the network issue just for the participant to be aware.

Elapsed timer on RCV is not yet available

Status time on MVP
We would like to have view how long someone's status for example away for 10 minutes. It would be nice for managers and supervises. This is for users that are not in MaxAgent. This is preventing us from moving to MS Teams.

Create different security groups within meeting settings
As a healthcare clinic we have some providers who do telehealth visits that require specific additional meeting settings that we want to lock; such as E2EE and waiting rooms. But these are settings the administrative staff do not need. Having the ability to separate which permissions are forced or required would be helpful.

RingCentral Video Option to Record Meetings between Cloud and Local Storage
RC Meeting have an option when recording and save it either to your computer local storage or to the cloud. This option is not available to RingCentral video yet. It has cloud recording only.

Transcribe Solo Video Presentations/Meetings
I have clients that want to record a presentation or training program without an audience. Is it possible to transcribe these presentations/video recordings? At the moment the transcription only occurs if there are other participants

Alert host when attendee joins meeting before host.
Zoom does this and so does RCM. Send the host an email (alternate alert methods could also be nice: pop-up in app, text message) anytime a participant joins their call before they have. If the host is running late it is very helpful to know if and how long your participants have been waiting, since some partic join late themselves, or skip calls.Currently, if an attendee joins and drops before host join, host has no way of knowing this if not told.

Waiting room music to be played while waiting for the meeting to start.
When a meeting is waiting to start, could there be a way to have music or some other noise be played while the user waits, or to have an option to toggle on or off the music based on their preference?
