    1. An advanced view with additional columns
    2. Ability to export the lists
    3. Ability to edit users in bulk
    - Should be able to assign role, manager, etc to multiple users.. currently have to drill into each user and assign manager or role individually

  2. I've discussed this at length with multiple support reps and I've confirmed that when you set up call masking in RingSense, that it only masks the audio recording, and does not mask the transcripts and AI summaries.

    This is a major security concern as sensitive customer information such as credit cards needs to be masked from everything, not just the audio. For compliance with PCI DSS, the call masking logic needs to be changed so that transcripts and AI summaries are masked as well as the audio recordings. This is a HUGE security and legal issue.

  4. When you go to share a transcription, the choice to share to GMAIL is an option. We would like the ability to turn off sharing as a hierchy, and then be able to turn on sharing to certain applications at our descretion. Considering our phone calls are HIPAA protected, the transcription should be also, we do not give all users the ability to download their recorded calls, as an example, we do not want to give everyone the option to share their transcribed calls either.

  13. A back up for frequently asked questions, or a password to protect before deleting the whole section.

    I thought I was deleting one question that wasn't working, and the whole AI frequently asked questions is now deleted, with no way to retrieve all the work we put in.

  15. Most of the time, the transcription is inaccurate, making this feature unreliable. We need to enhance the accuracy by making sure the languages and accents included for the AI system are broad or expanded enough that it can detect whichever words are mentioned in the calls are transcribed properly. This will help save time and increase efficiency as we won't need to go back to the recording and listen to it just to get the correct statements mentioned in the conversation.

  18. Have one continuous recording of a call regardless of how many times the call is transferred from physical devise to soft-phone or even from EX to CX (and vice versa). If not possible an option to allow call linking as coming in and out of calls means that you loose the original call and the full thread.

    With the ability to have one call recording, this would link into one CSAT score, as currently any agents on CX, one of their main task is to route calls to the correct department on EX and the highest score they can achieve…

  20. My company would like to test AI but turning it on in the backend meant it was enable for all 6,000+ users by deafult. We found inconsistency when AI is turned on the backend, “AI Assistant” is ON by default but “Ask RingSense AI” is OFF by default (see attach screenshot).

    As it stand if testing looks good in DEV lab tenant, we would NOT be able to have a select group of users in PROD to help us test since turning it on in the backend will enable everyone by default and trying to use your bulk update to…
