  1. Transcription is not good for spanish when a summary of the call is being done by AI or in ringsense on the backend. It is completely wrong

We need to make sure our employees make a conscious decision to turn AI features because there are many legal restrictions around recording/transcribing conversations where our business operates. We do not want to remove the option entirely, but we want to require the users to manually turn it on each time, not have the ability to toggle it on so that the feature runss automatically every time a call is made.

  3. There needs to be a notification option for when a specific tracker is triggered in a call. This would allow us to use our customized trackers and catch potentially missed sales opportunities by creating the ability to immediately follow up.

  4. Create work flow and call script should be able to be read fromthe portal and input live transcript as call is taken place. This would be great for taking data from ring sense to scheduling software.

    Thanks again for the suggestion! I’m pleased to let you know that we’ve added this feature—it’s now live and ready to use.  

    RingSense AI now annotates the timestamp where the certain situation was observed based on the scorecard question. This should allow you to easily jump to relative sections in the conversations while reviewing the call.


    Please find the attached screenshot which details the section where you can find the player in the AI scorecard.

  6. I would like to be able to export a list of RingSense users that includes user information (primarily manager and additional managers). Same with teams, I would like to be able to export a list of each team and their respective members.

  7. It would be nice to be able to push a record button in the mobile app which then starts the AI note taker to summarize a face to face in person meeting.

  16. Toggle permissions within Call Monitoring.

    For example, I would like to allow all users to Whisper and barge on calls, but not have the ability to Silently Monitor calls. Additionally, it would be an ideal option to not allow internal calls to be silently listened to.

    As a 'barger' when taking notes the other two extensions are merged into one. Separating them would help when reviewing notes. It would also be helpful if the original caller's notes added the barger. Their notes do not appear to reflect the addition of the barger.

  17. When meetings go over 2 hours, the recording is still saved, but the transcript just disappears and becomes completely unavailable after the meeting. I encountered this issue the 'hard way' and it was frustrating because I got no advance warning about this limit. It doesn't even make sense, since the recording over 2 hours takes many gigabytes of storage, while the transcript is text and takes almost no space to store. The idea that it gets flushed at 2 hours is very counter-intuitive. There should be a warning advising to manually copy/download the partial transcript at 2 hours and before…
