  1. I would suggest it be a useful feature to have the ability to transcribe French Calls into English for review. This way the call is able to be reviewed or used for training purposes in both languages.

  5. Customer wants a feature where they could delay the release of comments in "Call details" of a call log, as they would prefer for the caller being monitored to not be able to read the Manager's comment immediately.

  7. The ability to turn off the call recording disclaimer for specific numbers while still recording all calls. This would be for departments like a telemarketing department which might get hung up on if they hear an automatic disclaimer versus a human saying "Hi this is Jane on a recorded line." But would still keep the automatic disclaimer for other customer-facing departments like Finance who don't get many calls and might forget to say "Hi this is Jane on a recorded line."

I'm getting the same spam solicitation faxes over and over, sometimes from telephone numbers that I can thereafter block (although they just use different numbers in the future), but often anonymously so all I can do is delete them. I would love an AI image recognition feature that activates when I designate a fax as spam, so that every time I receive the same one, even if anonymously, it will automatically delete it. The system usually recognizes them as likely robocalls, so you are partly there.

    I'm pleased to announce that we've released scorecard intelligence inside RingSense. You can find it live in your RingSense account in the Coaching module with a new tab - Scorecards.

    These are the key benefits:

    • Actionable visibility: Unlock insights into scorecard performance and agent outcomes
    • Smarter analysis: Correlate agent scoring patterns (pass vs. fail)

  16. The Customer raised a concern that they weren't notified properly in regards to the AI assistant implementation.
    There were no warnings that the AI feature will be applied to their phone system. This has affected their HIPAA compliance.
    Now, The Customer wants to have an automated notification that a feature has been added on their account, preferably via E-mail.

  17. Currently if you delete an AI note from a phone call it also deletes that call from your call history. I would like to see these separated so you can delete the note but leave the call in your call history if needed.

  19. Having the ability to customize the prompt on the summary section would allow us to gain consistent summary for our claims file. The tool is focused on Sales but we could customize it more for service. I believe this would increase demand for the product, overall it is pretty nice but some customization over some of the AI features could be nice. For example, If I take the following prompt it would significantly improve the use of ring sense for us for call summary

    "You are an expert claims adjuster specializing in auto accident investigation. Please summarize this recorded conversation…

  20. We have countless inbound calls, some of which require follow-up, some of which don't. We want a one-click button for "mark for followup" available immediately after a call ends in the RC app, and then for that response to also populate as a filter field in RingSense. That way, every afternoon when I do my follow-ups, I can filter (in RingSense) by "marked for followup", read the summary of the original inbound call, and execute my followup callbacks quickly and efficiently.
