    How important is this to you?
  2. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

  4. If a call comes through on salesforce but you are not working from that screen maybe you have another tab open you can not see that there is a call coming through. Therefore to add a pop up screen for all calls.

  5. I would love to have a feature where a customer of mine can call the main menu and receive an info text from our number. Example: "Thank you for calling Company, please press 2 to receive a text message with a link to our information booklet."

  9. We use the RC widget inside of our programs, calls are answered via this widget, we are able to xfer a customer direct "cold" xfer, however; we are not able to "warm" xfer.

  11. I'm using the Beta Teams 2.0 integration. For the most part I think it's great, however whenever you click into the RingCentral area it always loads one the Phone tab which shows calls history and the dialler. For us that's not much use and everyone here would much prefer the HUD tab to be the default. If in the Settings area you could select your preferred default tab, that would be much better.

  13. I have a client that uses EPIC Software's BMS (Broker Management System). This is a very popular software for Insurance Brokers. It would be beneficial to have it integrated into Business Connect (TELUS).

  16. include a phone number on my MS Teams meetings to allow users who do not have robust audio capabilities on their computers, to call in to a presentation such that all participants can hear the caller(s) when they speak and the caller can hear people talking via MS Teams. I see articles about internal use of RingCentral with Teams, but nothing regarding what I am describing. Zoon offers a phone number on their meetings so users can call in

  17. Currently, there is not a Zapier integration to add a contact to RingCentral. This would make it so much easier to add and updated contacts in Ring Central automatically.

  19. I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).
