We have a lot of Poly Voyager headsets in our company but the Plantronic Hub is doesn't supported anymore and the new app Poly Lens is not working with Ring Central. We are not able to use the control buttons of the headset to the take a call for example. This is huge disadvantage. I hope you will support Poly Lens soon.

I want to comment on this as I see it was marked for future consideration years ago. This really should be implemented soon, as the old plantronics hub is no longer supported, and poly lens is the new app. I have a newer plantronics headset that works better with poly lens but I can't use the call controls in RingCentral because the integration is still with the old outdated plantronics hub app.

We cannot pick up the call with the headset button with Poly Lens and Plantronics Hub is not available for download anymore on Internet.
