Several members of Call Pick up have asked to see incoming caller ID, which makes sense in our business which is very old school customer experience. We upvote a YES to this feature. We can see who is calling once we retrieve the call only. Thanks!

Currently, when calls are routed to a call queue and picked up by a call pick-up member engaged on a first call, the incoming caller's ID of the new call is not displayed. The feature should be available. We want the caller ID to be shown to the members of the call queue pick-up group even if they are on the phone.
