Call Recordings in Hubspot
Implement Call recordings in HubSpot for playback

Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

It would be great if we have the option to select the 'property' filed as the contact owner | RC Labs HubSpot SMS
Currently, the workflow always sends the SMS from the contact owner’s phone number. Therefore please ensure the contact owner has a valid RC account (the same email address to sign in both HubSpot and RingCentral), and is able to sign in to RingCentral for HubSpot so that Send text messages (SMS) action will work properly.

Currently, all recorded calls can only be found under RingCentral's side. It is better if it can also be found on Hubspot's interface.

We currently do not have anyway to have voicemails logged in the activities apart from the message hub within the app unlike call recording where users can see the link to listen to the recording right away. Most users are using the Activity Log and it would help cut down time in productivity if they could access the voicemail logs from there. This is also possible with other integrations, so it's a feature that most customer expect.
