    Dialpad has this feature, C'mon Ring Central. We need the Mobile app and Desktop app to Log calls into Salesforce. Get it done!

    Documentation is already in Ring Central for Salesforce Admin App on how to set it all up with step by step screenshots but it isn't actually available yet. Please resolve ASAP or take down the documentation that is inaccurate.
