Correct information logging for AppConnect (PipeDrive) for Beetexting SMS
The customer would like to be able to log the correct information (i.e., the correct senders) for shared SMS in Beetexting. This would be helpful for organization and data retrieval purposes. This can greatly contribute to internal workflow for companies that utilize the following CRMs and applications.

Marking this idea as "will not implement" is complicated. First, it is true, we will not implement this for BeeTexting - it is simple not possible technically given how BeeTexting integrates with RingCentral.
However, we did release a shared SMS inbox feature natively in RingCentral that is supported by App Connect. If you need to log interactions/conversations through a shared SMS inbox feature please look into the RingCentral Customer Engagement Bundle, or "CEB."
